Stonestown Concept Plan Program (Fall 2022):

  • 2,930 residential units; 

  • up to 160,000 sq ft of new retail sales and service use space; 

  • up to 200,000 sq ft of new non-retail sales and service use; 

  • up to approximately 100,000 sq ft of hotel use; 

  • approximately 53,000 sq ft of institutional use; 

  • approximately 4,250 parking spaces; 

  • 6 acres of open space; 

  • and infrastructure improvements.

Stonestown Revised Variant Program (October 2023):

  • Increase to 3,500 new residential units; 

  • Up to 5 towers on site;

  • Converting 100,000 sf of office and all hotel sf to new residential units;

  • Adding density for potential senior affordable housing on-site.
